🎟All ticket purchases are non-refundable.If you’re unable to attend or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your ticket will be converted into store credit
👨👩👦Only the people who book can attend. We have a capacity of 25 people in our studios and we cannot have spectators or parental supervision without a ticket.
⌛️ You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the booking time. If you request to reschedule your booking less than 48 hours before the start time we reserve the right to decline and you will be able to avail it as store credit.
👶For bookings with children under 7,please contact us in advance.
🐕Our studios cannot accomodate pets & animals. Please do not bring your furry friends to our workshops as it is not a pet-safe environment.
🎉Celebrating a special occasion? Let us know in advance if you’d like to bring food or non-alcoholic drinks so we can accommodate. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
🚨Unexpected Changes: In rare cases (e.g., maintenance, weather, staffing), we may need to cancel or refund your workshop—we’ll notify you in advance.
How It Works⏳Duration:The candle-making process takes up to one hour. Afterward, your candle needs another 1/2 hour to set before pickup.

Our candle making experience is not a guided workshop.
We have curated our experience to allow you and your company to craft candles like you are in your own space, so that you can laugh, catch up and not have someone rushing you through every step.
We provide you with all the materials and our booklets are curated like a host is sitting on your shoulder telling you exactly what to do, and if that’s not enough our expert karigars on the floor always a second away to help with anything you need!

Looking for a guided experience? We require a minimum of 8 people and an event fee of $150 applies.

We can provide a guided experience for groups of 8 or more, this is where a host walks you through every step and takes care of you through the entire candle making journey.
This requires a minimum of 8 attendees and it will also have a one off $150.00 event fee applicable.
If you have any questions about the nature of self-guided or are unsure which option to proceed with, feel free to come in to our cafe during the weekends and take a look at how our crafts run to see if its a good fit for you!
Your session starts at your booked time (i.e 4.00 pm) and runs for one hour and a half.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the session start time. We have a grace period of up to 10 minutes past the start time.
All bookings will be marked a no-show after the grace period and if you have pre-purchased a candle-making workshop ticket the funds will be converted to store credit. On a case by case basis, if there is time and space, your host may facilitate you for a reschedule to the next available session or to the time slot that has started but this is not guaranteed and omissions to the entire experience may arise as a result of lateness.
These policies are in place to preserve yours and all of our guests experience. We spend everyday preparing and ensuring that our guests have an excellent experience. We only ask that our guests are on time.
Yes ofcourse they can! We think it's a great activity for kids. However, we do need to know if they are younger than the age of 7 so we can prepare their experience for them.
Yes! Additional candles can be made for $20.00 per candle or you can even upgrade to a ceramic jar. You can request this on the day.
We take care of all the messy parts for you, like the wax melting. However there is still a small risk of mess from wax spills or oil spills. We recommend to wear something that you don't mind getting messy!
Not at all - we take care of everything so that you make your candles like a pro.
Yes ofcourse, our candle making experience is perfect for birthdays, bridal showers and baby showers!

If you don’t have 8 people or you have not booked for an event, our self guided experience is still as special for events. A host will be on the floor to assist if needed and they will be ensuring your unlimited drinks keep coming but the event will not be private therefore the host will be on the floor attending to all of our guests on the day.

Yes, we have a minimum booking requirement of two people at our in-store studio and a minimum of eight people for a guided class (event fee applies for guided class)
